Aleksandr MIHALTCHUK
Aleksandr MIHALTCHUK is an award-winner artist based in Portugal whose works have been exhibited nationally. He was born in Minsk (USSR) and graduated from the Belarusian State Art Academy as a graphic designer. After emigrating to Portugal, he has been working in Lisbon as a graphic designer, illustrator, and painter. Painting is his lifelong passion, to which he devotes all his free time.
His figurative works are a fusion between fantasy and realism, portraying another world. Each composition is imbued with narratives as if they are "scenes from some kind of film". “I like to “read” the paintings like if it is some kind of book or a film. Painting is a “story” for me to admire... I think that the modern world is wrongly “noisy”... That is why I like the calm and thoughtful paintings. The paintings, that feed the soul and not just bright eyesight. My goal is to tell my pretty stories through paintings and to share them with the public. In a hope to find the soul mates to enjoy together.”
All art prints in this collection are licensed copies. Titled and signed by the artist. Limited edition (only 20 copies).
