Romain BONNET

Romain BONNET has always been driven by the desire to create, modify or imagine new images of life. His motto: change reality as we see it. A former professional flamenco guitarist he turned his hand to photography and art. He digitally reworks his photographs, improvising his techniques as he did as a musician, to create wild expressionistic portraits. He achieves his effects using masks and specialist brushes, aiming to create digital art as close to a painting as possible.

Look closely at the images, and you’ll see a multitude of textures, brush strokes, and other elements, such as liquid spatters; all these combine to create abstracts that often use negative space to define the subject. Bonnet has exhibited his work in countries like Brazil, the U.S., Germany, and extensively at home in France. All art prints are licensed copies. Titled and signed by the artist.

All art prints in this collection are licensed copies. Titled and signed by the artist. Limited edition (only 20 copies).
